RECRUITMENT

A defined common recruitment process is applied in Atış Group. Our most important criteria in the process are the education level, technical knowledge and skills, experience and competencies required by the position. During this process, the candidates are informed by Company’s Human Resources department via phone and e-mail through the relevant portals.

After the evaluation process, a job offer may be made by the relevant Atış Group to the candidates who are deemed suitable, or they may be informed that we will keep their information on record and follow up for future evaluation.
